RETURNS:
It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before usage or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. Without exception exquisite-embroidery.com will not assume responsibility after garments have been used or washed. Furthermore, exquisite-embroidery.com will not assume responsibility for any garments that have been embroidered or imprinted in any fashion by another party.
In any event all returns must be recieved in our office within 30 days of original purchase to receive a refund for any items purchased.

While we have attempted to show color charts on our website with accurate colors, you recognize that the actual color of any merchandise may differ from that shown on our website.
Samples may be purchased at the best price available. Samples are considered 1 garment per size/color combination of each style purchased, not to exceed 3 pieces total on the Order.
WEBSITE FABRIC COLORS:
Every effort is made to insure that pictured fabric colors on our website are as close as possible to the actual fabric color. This cannot be guaranteed and an actual color sample should be purchased when exact color match is required. Since most monitors are never calibrated the colors you see on your monitor may differ from what others see on their monitor and from the actual color of the apparel in the picture.
GARMENT-DYED APPAREL:
Shade variations are inherent in the garment dyeing process. Garment-Dyed goods should be washed separately before wearing. Do not dry clean.
FABRIC WEIGHTS & CONTENT:
Published fabric weights are an average weight among neutrals, lights, darks and premiums. Ash/Heather colored products are not 100% cotton and must carry a small percentage of polyester to achieve the color.
