Q: What is the minimum order?
A: The minimum for embroidered items is 6 pieces.
Q: Do you charge set-up fees?
A: Setup is free when you bring us your previously printed or embroidered Item with no changes. For new projects, the set-up is variable, depending on complexity and stitch count. Simply email us a .jpg copy of your logo and we will add it to your invoice when you place your shirt order..
Q: Do all the shirts have to be the same color and / or style ?
A: No, you can mix and match any color or style.
Q: What about volume discounts?
A: Prices on this website are based on 6 pieces.

Q: How long will it be before I get my shirts?
A:We guarantee to ship your order 8 working days after your logo has been approved. In many cases we are able to ship faster.
NO EMBROIDERY WILL BE DONE UNTIL YOU APPROVE YOUR SAMPLE SWATCH.
Q: What if my design is more than 7,000 stitches?
A:We'll add .50/1000 stitches over 7,000 for each garment to the invoice. We'll be sure to call you ahead of time to get your approval.
Q: Do you take credit cards or checks?
A:Yes,we take Visa and MasterCard , Debit Cards and Checks.
Q: How much does it cost for my personal name in a second location?

Q: What is a PMS number?
A:Pantone Matching System is a color coordinated reference for the communication of color. If you have this number, great. If not, just send us your current logo colors on letterhead, business card or your current uniform and we will match it as closely as possible.
Q: Can you precisely match my PMS colors for my logo?
A:While we have hundreds of stock thread colors, there are literally thousands of PMS colors available. A precise match may not be possible, but we try to match your colors as closely as
the available supply of manufactured thread colors will allow. Your satisfaction is our goal. We will send you a sewn out sample for your approval before we sew your order.
Q: How much is shipping?
A:No charge for local orders!
For out of the area orders we charge only actual shipping costs plus a nominal charge to recover the cost of cartons and packaging materials.
Our minimum charge is $8.95.
